Hi, here is a picture of me, Brad. If you've made it to this page, you probably already know me but here is a picture anyway. Grvland.com is my pet web project. I have written most of this page manually, writing the HTML brute force in notepad. Ok, so maybe I used Dreamweaver MX 2004 a little bit, but I did write most of the HTML and CSS manually. Check out the links page for the sources and programs I used to create this site. Other than working on this website, I spend most of my time working at Belcan/Cat.
This is my wife, Megan. Once again, if you've made it this far you probably already know her. When she sees this page, she'll probably make me change this picture...but until then I'll leave it up here. She has been bugging me to change her info here since I haven't changed it in two years. She is now a graduate of the ISU math department, and recently got a full time gig teaching the youts of America at ICC.
This is our dog Midas. We rescued him from the pound in Rushville, Illinois. We found him on Petfinder.com, which I recommend for anyone looking to adopt a pet. I e-mailed about him on Saturday morning, and the rescue agency that had listed him called me back within 10 minutes. They told us that if we wanted him, we had to tell them immediately or else he would be put down that afternoon. So we saved him with only hours to spare!
This is our new dog! Her name is Lucy. We adopted her from the Peoria Animal Welfare Shelter (PAWS). She has TONS more energy than Midas, and tries to work it off by starting fights with him most days.
